Bouncy Castle Hire Agreement

It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring one of our bouncy castles to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the equipment. Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed:

A responsible adult (over 18 years of age) MUST supervise the children at all times. we accept no liability for any accidents or injuries that may occur whilst the bouncy castle is on hire.

Please ensure no-one over the age stated on our website for each bouncy castle uses the equipment.

Shoes Off - Socks On All footwear must be removed before using the bouncy castle.

NO food or drinks (includes chewing gum) to be allowed on or near the equipment at any time, this avoids choking and unnecessary mess.

No pets

No face paints, pens, crayons, coloured streamers or silly string or any ink based products near or on the soft play equipment. (This permanently stains our equipment which the cost of the cleaning or replacement would be charged to the hirer)

No party poppers

Please remove birthday badges before using the bouncy castle

NO smoking or cooking equipment near the bouncy castle

No pets

Do not allow any soft play on the bouncy castle

Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls is VERY dangerous and must not be allowed.

Ensure children are not pushing, colliding or behaving in a manor likely to injure or cause distress to others

No running from side to side this may cause the bouncy castle to topple over

Make sure that the bouncy castle is not overcrowded and limit numbers accordingly to the age and size of the children using it. Try to avoid large children and small children using the inflatable at the same time

Do Not allow anyone to bounce on the front step. as a child could easily bounce off the inflatable & get hurt The step is there to help users get on and off the unit.

It is essential that no one with a history of back, neck problems is allowed to bounce on the bouncy castle or any child feeling unwell.

Do Not allow users on the inflatable during inflation and deflation of the bouncy castle this is dangerous

No One but 3-2-1 fun staff should go behind the castle, unless an adult over the age of 18 is deflating or inflating the bouncy castle during the hire

Do Not remove sandbags or pegs provided.

Do Not move the bouncy castle at any time, moving the inflatable will invalidate any liability on the part of 3-2-1 Fun

Ensure the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times

In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately. check the blower tube and the deflation zip to make sure they haven't come undone/loose. in the event the blower overheats or looses power switch the blower of at the mains then switch it back on 1-2 minutes after and it should restart. if it does not restart inform us straight away.

Please ensure the inflatable is kept clean and any dirt is removed. Please note if any of our equipment (Bouncy castles) are collected or found in a dirty condition (I.E muddy, dirty, wet ,stained, soiled with food) then the person hiring will incur a £35 cleaning charge

If you have a swimming pool and have booked the bouncy castle, please keep the bouncy castle dry as we cannot pack this away wet. you will be charged a £35 cleaning fee if the bouncy castle is wet as well as other damage costs that may occur.

Please note that all persons using the bouncy castle do so at their own risk. The hirer must inform all users that intend to use the equipment that they do so at their own risk.

The hirer hiring the bouncy castle will be responsible/liable for any damage or loss of equipment during the hire period & agrees to pay/cover for any damaged or loss of equipment (replacements).

3-2-1 fun will not accept any responsibility of any injury caused to anyone using the equipment & therefore recommends the hire takes out their own insurance to cover the day

These guidelines are for the safety of all people using the bouncy castle and are the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to.

I hereby agree to abide to the terms and conditions and disclaimer listed above, also i am aware that whilst in my care the bouncy castle is solely my responsibility and i will pay for any loss, repairs or damage that may occur, this includes the bouncy castle being returned in a unacceptable condition.
