Bubble house hire agreement
You (or the person(s) will be shown how to use the Bubble House on delivery.
This will require constant adult supervision.
NOT SUITABLE FOR USE BY THOSE WITH A LATEX ALLERGY
It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring the bubble house to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the bubble house
Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed:
A responsible adult (over 18 years of age) MUST supervise the children at all times. we accept no liability for any accidents or injuries that may occur whilst the bubble house is on hire.
Shoes Off - Socks On All footwear must be removed before using the bouncy castle.
NO food or drinks (includes chewing gum) to be allowed in or near the bubble house at any time, this avoids choking and unnecessary mess.
NO pets
NO face paints, pens, crayons, coloured streamers or silly string or any ink based products near or in the bubble house. (This permanently stains our equipment which the cost of the cleaning or replacement would be charged to the hirer)
NO party poppers
Please remove birthday badges before using the bubble house
NO smoking or cooking equipment near the bubble house
Do NOT allow any soft play in the bubble house (if hiring as a package)
NO Roughplay
Ensure children are not pushing, colliding or behaving in a manor likely to injure or cause distress to others
NO running from side to side this may cause the material to split (the hirer is fully liable for any damages whist on hire)
limit numbers accordingly (we recommend no more then 4-5 users in the bubble house at one time)
Do NOT allow users in the bubble house during inflation and deflation of the bubble house this is dangerous
Do NOT remove sandbags or pegs provided.
Ensure the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times
In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get out the bubble house immediately. check the blower tube and make sure it hasn’t come undone/loose. in the event the blower overheats or looses power switch the blower of at the mains then switch it back on 1-2 minutes after and it should restart. if it does not restart inform us straight away.
Please ensure the bubble house is kept clean and any dirt is removed.
Please note if the bubble house is collected or found in a dirty condition (I.E muddy, dirty, wet,stained, soiled with food) then the person hiring will incur a £35 cleaning charge
Entering & exiting the bubble house
Leave the first zipper door with a slight gap of 4-6 inches after users have entered & exited the bubble house
Users will then be in the channel ready to go in the main bubble area.
The second zipper door must have a gap of at least 4-6 inches be sure to shut this zipper door quickly so the balloons don’t escape
Please ensure both zipper doors always have a slight gap.
Please be gentle with the zips & do not tug on them.

DISCLAIMER –
Please note that all persons using the bubble house do so at their own risk. The hirer must inform all users that intend to use the equipment that they do so at their own risk.
The hirer hiring the bubble house will be responsible/liable for any damage or loss of equipment during the hire period & agrees to pay/cover for any damaged or loss of equipment (replacements).
3-2-1 fun will not accept any responsibility of any injury caused to anyone using the equipment & therefore recommends the hire takes out their own insurance to cover the day
These guidelines are for the safety of all people using the bubble house and are the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to.
I hereby agree to abide to the terms and conditions and disclaimer listed above, also i am aware that whilst in my care the bubble house is solely my responsibility and i will pay for any loss, repairs or damage that may occur, this includes the bubble house being returned in a unacceptable condition.
