Terms and Conditions for hire

please make sure you have read these terms & conditions of hire

By continuing to book with us you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions along with signing a heath & safety hire agreement upon set up

Booking & Cancellations

A £45 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking on confirmation. This is taken of your final bill. Any balance remaining will be due for your Hire 24 hours before set up. Payments can be made by BACS

In the event of your cancellation, the deposit is forfeited – as it is non-refundable.

However, the deposit can be transferred to re-book on another day, subject to availability. FREE of charge.

If we cancel the booking (excludes reasons beyond our control), full money will be refunded.

Delivery

Included is FREE delivery to venues & households within 15 miles of uckfield. Venues & Households beyond this will incur a delivery fee. please contact us for a delivery quote.

we will always make every effort to arrive in plenty of time to set up,however in the event of any unforseen circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather conditions or major traffic then we cannot be held responsible.

If your venue location is in the ULEZ/congestion zone you will be required to cover the fee.

Any parking fees will be reimbursed by you the hirer.

Set up/Collection

Please allow for the following times;

please allow up to 45 minutes before the event for us to deliver and set up the equipment, and also up to 45 minutes after the event for us to take down, check and remove equipment

please check equipment sizes on our website to ensure it will fit at your home, garden or venue.

If we arrive at your venue, Home or place of set up and the equipment does NOT fit you will lose the £45 deposit & delivery fee.

Any collection that falls after 8:30pm will incur a £30 fee on top of the hire.

Supervision

we are only a hire company and supervision is not included in our service, it is the full responsibility of the hirer and other parents, carers present at the venue to ensure all children are supervised at all times

if you require us for a wedding please check with your venue that they accept a un-manned service before booking with us.

please ensure no equipment is taken from the venue/hire

All equipment remains the property of 3-2-1 Fun

Access

Our bouncy castles are delivered on sack wheels (trolleys) so please make sure paths & access to your garden or venue are free of any obstacles.

It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that there is easy access to the venue for unloading (delivery) and loading (collection) of the equipment.

Please let us know of any steps, lifts, slopes & gate codes upon booking.

Personalised vinyl & decals

if you wish to add personalised vinyl or decals to the soft play equipment or bouncy castle this is payable upon booking. please message us for a quote

soft play vinyl is added to the equipment 24 hours before hire, if you cancel on the day of hire and wish to change dates you will need to purchase more vinyl as it cannot be re-used.

Face painters

We do not allow children on or near our equipment with face paint, therefore if we turn up to a hire and you have a face painter present/booked we have the right to cancel your booking and you will loose the deposit.

Bubble house

The bubble house comes complete with 50 high quality balloons. choose up to 2 colours.

The bubble house isn't suitable for anyone with a latex allergy

whilst the bubble house doesn't have a age limit we recommend users of the same age group in the area at one time

we follow the same outdoor policy as our bouncy castles please see outdoor hires for more info.

we do also ask the hirer to monitor temperature levels if your planning a outdoor set up.

Bouncy Castles

Please ensure no-one over the age stated below uses the inflatable. (Bouncy castles)

toddler castle has an age limit of 7 years old

white luxury bounce house has an age limit of 12 years old

Black bouncy castle is suitable for children & small adults. users upto 1.6m

Inflatable Ball pit

We require 8ft space for the ball pit with 3/4ft clearance at the back for the blower to be attached.

please make sure children do not sit/jump on the sides or blower tube as this will cause damage & effect the air flow for the jugglers

Do NOT put anything inside the air jugglers.

Please make sure all the balls are returned to the ballpit ready for us to collect. Failure to do so will result in a £15 fee.

Cleaning fees

Please note if any of our equipment (soft play, Bouncy castles & Accessories) are collected or found in a dirty condition (I.E muddy, dirty, wet, stained, soiled with food) then the person hiring will incur a £35 cleaning charge

Ball pit: Please make sure all the balls are in the ball pit for collection failure to do so will result in a £15 fee.

Outdoor hires

We offer outdoor hires from April - September (weather permitting)

We cannot set up outdoors in bad weather (RAIN,HAIL,STRONG WINDS)

By law we are well within our rights to CANCEL any set up with winds above 22MPH

We do Not offer refunds in the event of bad weather, so strongly advise you have a indoor alternative. You may request a date change subject to availability

Please note that you must ensure you have a power supply within 30m.

we do NOT offer generators.

We will only set up on REAL grass.

No patios, No Driveways . No Decking, No Concrete

The area you plan on having the bouncy castle &/or soft play must be clean, dry & flat with no debris or pet foul

If the area is untidy and not safe for set up, we have the right to cancel your hire and you will lose your deposit.

We strongly advise that you have some shelter or a gazebo if you have booked a soft play package for outdoor hire, as this will protect the equipment from rain showers & the sun

If you have a swimming pool and have booked the bouncy castle/bubble house or soft play , please keep the bouncy castle/bubble house dry as we cannot pack this away wet & the soft play equipment away from the water. you will be charged a £35 cleaning fee if the bouncy castle/bubble house is wet & or if the soft play equipment is wet or has been submerged in water as well as other damage costs that may occur.

(RAIN DURING HIRE: In the event of rain during your hire, you will be required to turn off the blower and deflate the bouncy castle/Bubble house until the rain has cleared.

Please cover the bouncy castle/Bubble house with the spare tarpaulin (provided by us) secured with one of the floor safety mats

Once the rain has passed you can then remove the tarpaulin that was covering the bouncy castle/Bubble house and switch the blower on to inflate the bouncy castle Any wetness can be dried with a towel before children bounce)

Documents

We are fully insured & all inflatables have valid PIPA tests

A copy of all our documentation is available upon request. (Some venues require this before set up)

All electric blowers are PAT tested yearly

Damaged equipment

should there be any damage to our property/equipment however slight, you the hirer take full responsibility for the damage costs, repairs or replacements of items/equipment. this includes mis-use of equipment.

If the equipment is found to be needing full replacement you will be expected to pay the full amount for the equipment priced as brand new within 14 days of the date of hire.

If the equipment is found to be needing partial replacement you will be expected to cover the cost within 14 days of the date of hire

If the equipment needs repairing, us 3-2-1 fun will source a professional for a quote & forward that over to the hirer within 14 days of the date of hire.
